Home Encounter was founded in 2006 by two University of South Florida MBA students, who perceived a void of accomplished, technologically advanced business men and women in the real estate services industry. Four years and one merger later, Home Encounter's four partners lead what is one of the fastest growing providers of real estate services in Tampa Bay. Built on the philosophy that "all real estate is investment real estate," Home Encounter has set about it's mission of "enriching lives, one home at a time" by serving Tampa Bay's real estate needs in a professional and businesslike fashion.
