Ad Valorem tax exemptions are available on contributing structures located within Tampa's local and national historic tax districts that have been restored to Department of Interior Standards.

A successful process results in the tax basis of your historic property frozen at current levels for 10 years. Exemptions are fully transferable. This application process requires full plans, architectural drawings and engineering reports (if necessary) which are not within the scope of this agreement but which will be managed by Home Encounter and billed to you at cost.
