We understand that you expect your income property to generate income for you. So we'll run your property like a business and you'll get the profits twice a month via ACH. All funds transfer from Home Encounter is electronic.

How big are you really?

Very big. We're the largest property manager in Tampa. Our Maintenance Team subcontracts with close to 100 contractors, vendors, handy-men and supply companies, so our maintenance prices are the lowest in the business. We manage over 1350 units for 400 clients in 12 countries and on 5 continents. Our size is your advantage!
